Turkey filet in the oven
An excellent recipe for turkey fillet in the oven, suitable for both a festive table and Christmas. 200 g chestnut100 g lard1 pc onion20 g ginger root1 pc Loaf of bread150 ml milk (2.8%)1 pinch salt1 pinch black pepper1 pinch nutmeg400 g turkey fillet250 g turkey fillet (for minced meat (or minced meat))130 g bacon (for frying)9 slice bacon1 pc chicken egg Wash the chestnuts in cold water, cut with an X-shaped neck to the middle of the chestnut, and cook until tender (approx. 40 minutes).
Slices of bacon, cut into strips, and then cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
Fry the bacon in a small skillet, then add the onions and fry everything together over low heat for 30 minutes. Bacon should not be crispy. If so, then set it aside.
Ginger cut into strips (strips), and then cut into small cubes (very thinly cut).
Soak bread (rolls) in milk.
Peel and cut the chestnuts into small cubes.
