also, uh, brains don’t stop developing at 18. my brain is still developing too, so ‘minors whose brains are still developing’ means jack shit in this, frankly - a not-fully-developed brain does not preclude being able to grasp the fact that the entire world does not and should not revolve around you and your needs, to the exclusion of everyone else’s.
