@fasstchris at @fasstcompanymtb switched out the medium yellow elastomers in my #flexxmtbhandlebars for the softer red ones. I took them back out to the same chunky trail for comparison. ・・・ What do I think? I didn’t perceive the bars moving and the trail still felt chunky, so no huge difference. Where I am seeing a significant performance gain is on fast bumpy downhill corners. These bars smooth out the chatter and keep me tracking on line and off the brakes which equals more speed and control #thatsfun #morespeed I really like these bars ・・・ @fasstcompany @turnerbikes #turnerflux ・・・ (at St. George, Utah)
Still demoing the #flexxmtbhandlebars Made some #slomo edits in the chunk and jumps to see how much flex the bars really have. ・・・ What do I think? The bars really smooth out the harsh edged small rocks and bumps but I didn’t feel a noticeable difference on the big hits and jump landings. These bars would be great for #bikepacking racers who suffer from hand and wrist damage in long events like #tourdivide and #coloradotrailrace ・・・ @fasstcompany @turnerbikes #turnerflux ・・・ (at St. George, Utah)
