So, I’ve seen the trend. I’m not quiet sure where it came from, but I TOTALLY don’t like. Some guys like it and that’s fine. Can’t change what other people like. I don’t see it as a term of endearment, I just find it to be straight up creepy. Bottom line is really, if I’m not YOUR father nor a father figure, DON’T FUCKING CALL ME DADDY! Re: turnoffs, I think the main one is feeling rushed. Something I experienced a lot when I slept w men was the feeling that like, foreplay was something to "get over with", and I often felt pressure to come quickly. I think this is part of why I really enjoy being teased, bc I like the feeling of someone working me up, and taking their time with me. There can be contexts where it's hot, like a "i want you so bad but we only have 15 mins before we have to leave" situation, but as a rule of thumb it's a turnoff for my partner to be in a rush because it makes me feel like a burden/chore.

Re: hiding my feelings, no! and i don't try to be either. i tend to wear my heart on my sleeve and put a lot of effort into being upfront about my feelings.
