New Year #selfie. Today, so far, most of what I’ve accomplished has been quietly, between my ears. Sometimes you need introspection, pondering and random ‘research’ holes (Thankyou Wikipedia) with no particular goal, agenda or purpose, to let your brain stew. Pick something up, look at it, set it down. Who knows what this accomplishes? It’s like play. An essential ingredient of #creativity, I believe. One small idea or fact can trigger another, some small seed is planted, with no idea what crop you’ll harvest in the future, spontaneous connections made. Some subterranean process begins, but needs space to catch and spread. 🤓🧐 I have goals and projects and tasks for the year ahead, of course. I have a to-do list, tasks, targets, plans, circles to close and new heights to reach.
