hi so im ftm and aroace and i would like to say as someone who dealt with the peak of the aspec exclusionist movement, im so mad that these people have moved onto you guys. its mindblowing that every couple years without fail a new group gets picked on??? like. get a fucking life. anyway the aro, ace, and trans communities stand with you and every pan persons identity is beautiful and valid and i love yall. i hope this bs passes soon and ill do my best to fight for yall

okay as an aroace who is. brand newly exposed to all these intracommunity problems between aros and aces, this is.. batshit wild to witness. i had no clue this was going on and ik im aro too but as an ace person im. so sorry this is happening?? like especially to all the non-sam and alloaros out there?? i love both my communities and seeing them go at each other like this hurts a lot but im bouta stand with you guys 100% of the time, this is ridiculous and yall deserve better wtf

Thanks for the support! I haven’t been active in the last month so I’m not updated on things right now, but I believe we can make things better.

I’ve recently met a few aroaces irl, and they were so willing to learn about how not to alienate alloaros and non-sam aros. I know it’ll take time with them (tackling internalized arophobia will be needed along the ride) but I have hope. And then together, we could go to the allo aces in your queer group and see if we can do the work. That’ll be more difficult but I want to try. 

The work is tiring, but it feels like it’s easier to do when talking face to face with people. If I succeed irl, maybe it can give me a few tips to help with online spaces. I want us to find an understanding.
