Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cupcake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined. Fill each cupcake liner with batter, filling them about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack. Once the cupcakes are cool, prepare your piping bag with the decorating tip and fill it with turquoise buttercream frosting. Pipe a generous swirl of frosting on top of each cupcake.
