"Are you in my brother's class?" She wasn't sure. A lot of the boys got their growth spurts early in middle school. They stopped growing at certain age like the girls. She wasn't even in middle school yet. She remembered Mike and his friends being shorter just a few years ago before they went into High School. Nancy always towered over Mike until recently.

┊ ┊ ┊ ♥︎ even though he's trying his best to appear annoyed — and it's justified, given his broken foot — he can't deny the accuracy of kiara's statement. he's held onto the position that hot chocolate was the best winter weather drink for at least three years at this point, and he's never wavered in his convictions since. his mother made the best peppermint hot chocolate; likely the source of his position.

JJ didn't know if Kie was messing with him. "I don't know how you came to that conclusion. " He said out of pocket things that made her look at him like he was an idiot half the time. "Thanks Kie. That's very thoughtful."
