So I’ve never been able to run for more than a minute & a half and even that was a struggle for me, I’d get so out of breathe so quickly I’d have to stop. My goal is to run under 15 minutes. So I started running late July doing intervals of run/walk 5x each with a time of 25:48. 🐢status! I seriously could not get my time under 20:00 in that month. Starting August I started incorporating weight training plus cardio and cut my time by 8 minutes (top one is from August 19). The bottom one is from tonight's workout, I cut my time by 2:03. I was so pissed because I was so close to reaching my goal.
