It wasn’t about the money—look at us, I mean, okay we have a lawyer’s son, a dentist’s kid—that one there is promised to med school and I guess I’m some kind of banker candidate or...wait, that may have been last year... I can’t remember what Dad’s latest and greatest future for me is. I’m sure I’ll find out when college applications come around—but that is if I survive this first.

What is a movie that would be better improved with replacing one of the cast members with John Belushi? (in a perfect world)

So I actually haven’t gotten to watch this movie (I bought it right before covid hit and was going to watch it but then ended up watching the blues brothers instead of then after falling in love with John I can’t bring myself to watch it) but Once Upon a Time in America would’ve been the perfect opportunity for his career and to finally get taken seriously as a dramatic actor. Robert De Niro wanted him to play Max. That movie is considered a classic and definitely would’ve been important for him. And John in a mob movie is like the hottest thing I can imagine lmao. Man if John could’ve joined the cool old man gang with Bob, Al, Joe, Harvey, etc….(while of course still staying besties with Dan)

Also spies like us which was supposed to be him and Dan because fuck Cornelius Crane
