Am I the only one who's disappointed that Minecraft doesn't have the same tutorial worlds, they were perfect for teaching and inspiring kids and adults alike what you can do in the game and allowing you to explore more naturally within the game world.
I do think the crafting book is a net benefit for accessibility, but I don't like the way it's laid out and set up, it ends up feeling disingenuous to Minecraft but that's my personal opinion. The tutorial is the same. It also is quite annoying that for the longest time you just couldn't turn it off so that when you started a new instance you just had to have all that stuff popping up occasionally (I think you can turn it off now). I think these things are good additions especially because they're relatively optional. I still think there absolutely should be a tutorial world alongside them. Especially because neither really gives you the grand inspiration and excitement to experience Minecraft which has done harm to the community as a whole. They also lack the most important tutorial of Minecraft which is learning to experiment and try new things.
