On free trial you only get 75 characters and two variations (basically fill out the template twice and it'll randomise the font a little when typing if you want). These 75 were what I thought were most important for writing dialogue.

so a lot of people have asked but the latest one to ask has been @fandomcringebucket Lets talk DOL modding because it's really simple. it seems overwhelming but the dol moding community has actually made it very easy to access and play mods.
this link will take you to the DOL MODS site.
and you can read through and play mods there with no downloading necessary. (this is what I do. when I want to change my save I just export my save to my computer and reload it when necessary but the site also holds some of that data.)

go to DOL mods. Degrees of lewdity plus.
it will ask which version you would like. I like "bees+hakarifemale"
then you set it up like any other game of DOL!

be warned some things don't work yet (school bag specifically) but updates happen constantly and automatically and they don't mess up your saves

I used this tutorial on text effects. It pretty much gets you set on the settings you will need to use.
Now this is the slight change I made on the blending option: I let the opacity at 100:
Now we work on the warp settings (you will use the same one in BOTH text layers.)
Now play with the position of the stroke layer a bit to the side and down and... that should be it! I hope you find this useful and don't hesitate to as or message!
made this to help explain my stance on gradients and i thought you guys might like it too
gradients are cool and all and they can really help when you’re trying to get lighting or atmosphere done in a piece (when used with layer modes like Overlay or Screen)
but you gotta do it right
and use them SUPER sparingly
otherwise it makes your work look like a powerpoint from 2002

hiii! first of all, i noticed that i misspelled goddess when i posted the edit and was too lazy to redo it (story of my life),, second, i’m sure there are a lot of easier ways to do this but again i was too lazy to look for a tutorial so i just used my photoshop knowledge and did it haha. but if this is too complicated or sth i’m sure there are tutorials for it on @completeresources. so this is the way i did it (under the cut)
1. so first, open a new file that is the size of your picture and make sure it’s transparent
2. make a new layer and place it under the first layer
3. fill that layer with some darker color so you can see what you’re doing haha
4. make a new layer
5. now click on the line tool
6. choose the color you want your text to be
7. and draw a line from one end to another (i used the weight of the line 5px but you can use as thick as you want), like this
8. then make a new text layer, type the text (half of the word) and adjust the settings
9. now duplicate that layer and write the other half of the word
10. arrange the text how you want it to look, e.g.
11. then merge all layers except for the colored one
12. now this might be little complicated but click on free transform and rotate that layer so the line is straight sth like this
13. now use the rectangular marquee tool aka this
14. and select the part of one part of the word what you don’t want on the other side of the line, like this
15. now just delete that part (with the delete key on your keyboard)
16. repeat on the other part
17. you should have sth like this and don’t worry too much about deleting the line
18, now merge all layers except for the colored one again
19. use free transform again to rotate it back the way it was
20. make a new layer and use the line tool again to correct that line, do the same as you did in step 7
21. merge those two layers and make the colored layer invisible
22. and all that you have to do is put that layer on your picture and edit it and that’s it
i hope this was at least somewhat helpful and hope you understood as i’m terrible at explaining lol i’m sure there are easier ways but this is the way i did it 💖
