In s2, the timelines started branching again. And Loki and Mobius didn't prune their timelines behind them the two times they visited earth, right?
So, what's to stop there being variants of Mobius and Loki on the timeline in those two places in time?
If choices were made, a nexus event could have happened. And only one Loki needed to get to the throne. So the other variants would have been spaghettified, then saved.
Idk what canon says about people remembering being spaghettified, but if anyone would remember, it would be a variant of this Loki.
And it seems like time keeps splitting after the fact. Like the TVA isn't just going linearly through time, catching each mistake in order. The hunters are jumping all around in time because even if a story "ends" in the TVA's view of time, that story could still change, and have a nexus event later in their pov, but in the past to the rest of us.
Anyway, if that is how it works, then the time those two spent on earth could branch into a nexus event at any future time (from the TVA's pov). And since everything is being held up by one version of Loki, those other variants of Loki and Mobius would be free to live a life together.
I just feel like if time is splitting endlessly, and they spent time on the timeline, there has to be at least one other variant of those two either now, or eventually.
There was so much stuff the hunters did to make sure that they didn't alter time in s1, an now all of that evil protocol is gone. There has to be consequences.
And the consequences might be that TVA gets filled up with endless variants of people from the TVA who went down onto a timeline, and then came back twice (or more) due to a nexus event. Like those nexus events copy everything, including their clothes and items, like the tempads. But there is only one TVA programmed into those things for them to jump back to. So that's where all the variants would end up.
I feel like I need answers
