Also did anyone else notice that old man under the evacuation? The one who said “where is my granddaughter Tiki?” as he was being wheeled out? HE WAS IN SEASON ONE! He was the one who remembered Stefan at the carpool, and the first one that got Elena for real speculating about who Stefan really was! I just really loved that they had that little easter egg? Like just that they showed they remembered the start of the show and that no one was forgotten and it was just really cool and im emotional
