Ever since Logan had started to accept the pregnancy and she and Nathan found a way to make it work, Nathan was over the moon about this baby. He was going to be a father and while the thought terrified him, it also brought him comfort. He was madly in love with Logan, that much was clear- and now he was going to be apart of something real, something strong. He was going to be a father to a part of her, a product of their love. At least, for a while.
That was until that was shattered in an instant. One second they were naming their unborn child, and the next the baby was gone. The only innocent thing in all of this, was taken- in the most gruesome way possible. For days Nathan only thought of revenge. Time spent not on revenge, was spent with him huddled on the floor surrounded by empty liquor bottles. Booze and tears.
Part of him wanted to blame Logan. In the beginning she actually considered abortion, and then their babies life was taken regardless. He wanted to shout, he wanted to be mad at her but he couldn’t. It was an accident.
Well, for Logan but not for Amber. Amber was a girl from Nathan’s elementary school, then middle, followed by high school. So naturally, living in a small town Nathan knew the girl and he was the definition of horrible to her. She was far from his type. She wore dark colors, her hair was many different and unnatural colors. She had piercings, wore dark lipstick and for years when Nathan would pass her he’d make many comments. He’d call her Corpse Bride, Drusilla, Morticia, Goth Chick, Countess Dracula. The list could go on. Amber would act like she wasn’t fazed but in truth his words hurt. Simply, because ever since she was 10 years old, Amber Fell was madly infatuated with Nathan. She had a shrine of him deep in her closet, she had a private blog where she’d write dark poetry about him, she’d even stalk him. It hurt her knowing she wasn’t his type. It hurt her knowing he’d never look at her the way he looked at the pretty girls like Vic Donovan, and the Lockwood’s.
Nathan found himself out of the house. Not in his usual attire, Nathan managed to slip on a plain dark blue hoodie. He didn’t care about the people that past him, nor did he care about the girls that would whisper how much they wanted him as he walked by. There was no place in particular the vampire wanted to go but it didn’t stop him from appearing in front of the emo scene coffee shop in town. It was run by a couple students from Whitmore, and when his eyes fell onto Amber’s he had a completely different idea. Walking towards her, he wanted to just snap her neck right then and there but that wasn’t how it played out. “What do you want, Nathaniel?” She muttered, closing the book in front of her with shaky hands. He pulled her chair back, grabbing her wrist and pulling her out of the coffee shop, in a swift motion he pushed her back against the brick side of the building, his eyes boring onto hers as she whispered closely. “You were in my house?” he hissed. “You’ve been stalking me. I didn’t know how bad you really wanted me, goth girl but I have a surprise for you...” he whispered. “You can finally have me... if you think you can handle it.” He practically purred. “Wh-what? What are you talking about? N-nathan let me go... Nathan you’re hur-hurting me.” Amber winced. Oh you have no idea. He thought to himself. He moved his grip from her wrist to her hand, pulling her back into the side walk where the two walked towards the vacant trees in the woods. There was a spot a little ways from the cemetery that held one of the many crypts. It was secluded in the woods. Not that many people know about it except for a few town junkies that used the space to get high from time to time. Nathan included. Once the two were alone inside, he locked the crypt behind them, pushing Amber against the cement wall. “Come on, Gothica... show me how much you wanted me... you finally have me. We’re alone... nobody’s going to here us here. Nobody is going to see us together.” He tucked her hair behind her ear, amused by the nervousness in her eyes. “It’ll be our little secret.” There was a moment of silence, before Amber crushed her lips against Nathan’s. At first, he wanted to push her off right away but this is the vision he had the moment he spotted her. He kissed her back for a moment before tearing their lips apart. “The things you heard about me... are true.” He smirked. “I like it rough.” he chuckled. “I like... stuff like this.” He took a step back, pulling out the chains he had stored in his back pocket. He was eventually planning for this, it just happened to be now. Unexpected before he saw her. Their was a sudden smile on Amber’s lips. One he couldn’t wait to soon wipe off. He chained her hands together then proceeded to lock her against a sturdy bolted crate. “Ready?” He purred, running his thumb over her lip. “You probably didn’t know this but... when Logan fell down the stairs... because of you.” He began. “She lost... a baby.” He watched as Amber’s face went even more pale. “Wh-what? Sh-she was pregnant?” She asked in a choked whisper. “I-I didn’t know...” She whimpered, tugging at the chains. “Of course you didn’t... nobody did... in fact, that baby... was mine.” He nodded, pulling out the pocket knife he had in his other pocket and popping the blade out.

There was blood everywhere. Not enough to kill her just yet- he wasn’t going to do it right away. He was going to make sure she died slowly, and painfully. The way his unborn baby did. “You are going to feel... everything my baby felt, Amber... everything.” It was the first time he used her real name, showing her how serious he was. There was blood pouring out of her mouth, probably from him slicing her tongue. He didn’t care about feeding from her, he didn’t want any part of her in him- he wanted her blood on the floor like the waste that she was in his eyes. In fact, Nathan hadn’t fed for a week now. It was already showing in his features. His complexion was lighter, his eyes were heavy and dark. He wasn’t a complete monster, he had his emotions- every single one and he hated that he was feeling guilty for this, but he knew it needed to be done. She had to pay for the misery her sick obsession had cost him, Logan, and their families and friends.

Leaving Amber in the crypt, part of him hoped she’d die before he returned again, but the other part of him also hoped he could torture her more, but it was getting to be way too much for the time being. He was drenched in her blood, and the fact that he didn’t drink a drop was making it a lot harder. There was a burn in his throat, he felt like his lungs were drying up. He even was loosing all his energy and even part of his mind. He needed to let loose, a lot more loose. He wanted to feel numb, he wanted to feel nothing. The weed wasn’t working. If anything it hurt him more because he couldn’t stop thinking about the baby.
With his eyes to the ground, he didn’t notice the familiar blonde until he nearly tripped over her. “Vic?” He choked, seeing her sitting on the ground. Her eyes purple, her skin pale, and her arms bruised. He was going to worry until he noticed the glazed look in her eyes and he instantly recognized that look. She was high, and instead of fearing for her well being, he selfishly wanted that for himself. “Vic...” He repeated again, dropping down beside her. “Help me.” He whispered. “I don’t.... I don’t want to feel this...” He looked down at his blood stained clothes. “I don’t.... I need to- please.” He begged. hoping she’d catch on.
