KAORI: I don't think I told my mother I loved her enough when she was still alive. I think a lot about wasted opportunities to spend time with her that I had when I was a kid. I miss her a lot, but I'm glad she's at least resting now.

KAGOME: ... uncle might miss my abilities. But I doubt anyone would really miss me too much. Maybe briefly. I don't want to cause anyone trouble.

KAGOME: Probably run away. I wouldn't get away with it in reality because I'd probably die somehow, and I'm not exactly armed to the teeth with survival skills. But I'd like to just be able to leave and keep leaving, as far as I can get...

KAGOME: Oh no... well I'd probably spend it doing whatever they wanted, no matter what that thing may be!! I want their last day to be extra special and fun so they can finish on a high note, rather than a sad one.

KAGOME: That's a very difficult question, because it really depends on the person. I don't much like the idea of controlling people either... I don't know! Make me dinner? Play video games with me? Something like that.

HOTARU: Probably make it as normal! Take lots of pictures and footage of them. Hang out with them. And then, at the end, so they don't regret dying, make their last hours absolute torture, so death is a relief. Heh! And film that too.
