My muse has just been grievously injured…. Send me ‘ l i f t e d ‘ for my muse’s reaction to yours picking them up and carrying them to safety. | Selectively Accepting| @ask-wind-archer-cookie |
It was a very stupid idea to try and challenge Dark Enchantress so early. Oh such a stupid idea! Of course his powers haven’t fully come back yet, he’s been numb for over a thousand years, why did Millennial thing he could fight her now?
Then again, with her sudden return near the grove, it’s not surprising the deity would act quickly to protect his land and home. And let it be known it has been a very grueling fight. And just when it had seemed like Millennial had the upper hand, darkness creeping in pulled his attention away just for a moment to keep it from touching him, only for the enchantress to take the opening and inflict a horrid impailment to his side.
Millennial couldn’t even keep himself in the air, plummeting down towards the earth below, blinded with pain. Typically, he would barely be able to feel this, but now… He was curled up and shaking on the grass under him, tears welling up and falling like dew. Even now, none of his tears ever dry…
Millennial could hear Dark Enchantress laughing above him, darkness was creeping in around him but he was completely immobilized. There was nothing more he could do. He cannot die but the thought of corruption, the one thing he was fighting off, over taking him finally after all these years…. He squeezed his eyes shut, bracing for the worst - -
A scream. Not his own, no, but from the enchantress. He looked up just in time to see a bright line of light shooting through the sky, and then being promptly lifted into someone’s arms urgently. Who? Who? He shook his head, trying to focus his vision until he could focus. A green gem sparkled under the moonlight -
“My Wind!”
fading to dust!!!!
Under a read more because it is LONG and BLOODY
