Whenever I think of Eva during her teen wolf verses, I can’t help but think that Eva would be immune to mountain ash, like she would be able to cross it without any problems or struggle like Scott. Basically because, even though mountain ash keeps supernatural creatures from crossing it, Eva isn’t technically considered a “full” supernatural creature - she’s only half supernatural, and she’s also half non-supernatural. It’s almost like she has a foot in both worlds (the supernatural and non-supernatural): not fully dead but also not fully alive. So yeah, I think Eva would be immune to the effects of mountain ash because she’s not considered a proper supernatural creature.
