Kamila Valieva of Russia has been banned for four years retroactively starting on December 25, 2021. She has been disqualified from all events after.

The medals for the Team Event need to be decided by the IOC/ISU, as that is out of the scope of the CAS.

It's funny that since the start of the year I have been some sort of an apothecary of T. I haven't created a successful concoction yet, but hopefully someday.

My favourite nephew came out as transmasc, and then my roommates were contemplating about doping to "git gud" at working out—One of them is conked out all the time and he can't even get up: figuratively and literally. The other was a triathlete.

Hi! I took a break from the sport (it was stressing me out) to focus more on my study. This morning I decided to get back into it by watching clips. I watched the russian nationals 2023. Can you please tell me why Kamila was DSQ’d? I know the doping verdict was given in January this year. So whenever I google “Kamila Valieva disqualified Russian National 2023,” all I get is about the doping verdict.

Was she DSQ’d during the Russuan Nationals? Or did she have a podium there and rhen got DSQ’d after the verdict?

It is because of the doping verdict. She was found guilty and banned for four years retroactively starting on December 25, 2021. So, yes, all of her scores — 2022 Euros, the Olympics, and even her national achievements — are disqualified. She is unable to compete until her four years are up.
