Pros:

He's nice.

We're friends.

I imagine his deduction skill could come in handy in the bedroom.

He wouldn't hold it over my head.

Cons:

Pretty sure he's Asexual.

I'm in a relationship.

I'm not interested in him that way.

He's not interested.

He'd probably get to analytical.

Loptr would torture him and kill him for sleeping with me, then probably do something horrible to me.

If by some miracle Loki's alive he'd likely kill him too.

I probably couldn't satisfy him in bed.

I still consider myself married.

Sherlock couldn't satisfy me.

To many complications.
