Ingredients: 12 cupcakes baked and cooled. 12 Twinkies. 1 cup yellow frosting. 1/2 cup blue frosting. 24 edible candy eyeballs. Black icing gel. 12 small black licorice pieces. 12 mini chocolate chips.
Instructions: Make 12 cupcakes and let them cool all the way down. Put 12 Twinkies on a clean surface. Cover the top half of each Twinkie with yellow frosting to make the body of the Minion. The Minion's overalls are made by piped a small strip of blue frosting around the bottom of each Twinkie. Put two candy eyes on top of each Twinkie, just above the blue frosting strip. Add a small mouth and a goggles strap to the face of each Minion with black icing gel. As the Minion's hair, cut the small pieces of black licorice into tiny rectangles and stick them to the Twinkies. With care, put each finished Twinkie Minion on top of a cupcake. Do this with 12 mini chocolate chips: press them into the black icing gel smile to make the Minion tongues. Now your Despicable Me Minion Cupcakes Twinkie Edition are ready to make everyone happy.
