This Lemon and Herb Low Carb Baked Chicken is a simple but tasty dish that would be great for dinner. When you mix sour lemon, fragrant herbs, and soft chicken, you get a delicious meal.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lemon, juiced and zested. 2 teaspoons dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Put the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb mixture over them, making sure to cover all of them evenly. After the oven is hot, bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and the juices run clear. If you want, you can serve it hot with extra lemon slices and fresh herbs on top.
