Yellow: 7 facts about my childhood

i was a strange child literally i would watch grass in the wind and think ‘if anyone can hear my thoughts and you’re moving the grass: stop moving the grass’ and that’s how i decided i was an atheist at eight years old

i think my strangeness stemmed from the fact im an only child, so when i was dropped amongst other children i was like ‘what the fuck ew’

i was so annoying and posh

i would tell kids about manners and tell them to pronounce their ‘t’s (i’m from yorkshire, the letter ‘t’ doesn’t exist here) and maybe that’s why everyone hated me

i introduced myself as elizabeth but until the age of about seven when i realised the whole posh thing wasn’t working for me

i wore a kilt half the time [coolest cat in town]

i was awful one time this kid kept coming up to me asking me to do complicated maths questions like ‘if you’re so clever what’s 574896417438 x 73290584908275’ type thing so i took the lid off my yoghurt and put it on his sleeve
