As the door to X’s room began to open, Blues was immediately on his feet, right hand curling into a fist as his buster formed around it. Since he wasn’t in armor, this ended up tearing the fabric of his sleeve, which he realized he’d have to fix after he dealt with whoever this intruder was.
X had said he was out on a mission, and wouldn’t be back ‘til late, so it wasn’t likely it was him. He was already aiming his buster when a child presented herself--something he wasn’t expecting.
“Ah---pardon me,” He said sheepishly, lowering his weapon, but not putting it away just yet. Children could still be dangerous, as Rock and his copy had shown. “Are you one of X’s... kids?”
He almost said ‘units’, which he felt wouldn’t sit right with a reploid.
