when I think back to about two years ago, Exodus 14:14 was my battle cry. freshman in college dealing with anxiety a mountain high. now a junior in college, I am faced with a similar mountain. and after this past week and actually taking the time to be with Him each morning, I realized just how anxious my mindset had become and how my thoughts fueled my anxious behaviors. and addressing said mindset has introduced a new level of trust in God. as those thoughts speed around in my mind like they are in the Daytona 500, to be still is to accept surrender and to wave my white flag. I simply cannot win this on my own. And that’s okay. so if there’s any wisdom I can share, it’s to experience these days when the anxiety increases more than you wanted. witness it. you are not defined by those racing thoughts or your racing heart. because y’all we didn’t sign up for this Nascar race! your victory is elsewhere. and you’ll find it at the Cross 💕🌸 ((also enjoy the few bible verses I lettered this week!)) • • • • #handlettering #lettering #bujo #bulletjournal #tombow #twintone #tombowfudenosuke #exodus1414 #bibleverses #peace #anxiety #hope #Jesus #writings https://www.instagram.com/emlettering/p/Bv9_9arAbkP/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=fdddva3572pm
