he’s starting to pack up his things while speaking, and with a quick glance to his wristwatch to confirm the time he nods. “alright, that’s a wrap. get out of here, and i’ll see you in a week.”
his students get up to leave, the familiar hustle and bustle of excitement about the end of the schoolday almost palpable when his eyes fall on the lonely application form still left on his table. damn, he had almost forgotten about that!
