Pinkie's flower crown is made out of forget-me-not's and Twilight's is made out of yellow cosmos :)

Sidenote but does anyone else remember when everyone used to do this glowy effect to make it look like the light was coming from behind?? I feel like I never see anyone use it anymore. I used to do it aaaaalll the time; this prompt made me a bit nostalgic for the 2010s obsession with flower crowns so only naturally I had to pay homage to the notorious 2010s airbush glow effect.
