Twist!Papyrus

Twist is an out-of-code Papyrus with four arms. He wanders around the Multiverse, never really staying in one place. He says he doesn't know where he's from, but he knows more than he lets off, and he doesn't like being pushed for answers. He loves to help people and often goes around the Multiverse to lend a helping hand to those in need. He believes everyone has the ability to change with enough time, care, and effort.

He has a blue jacket, originally belonging to a Sans, around his waist, and he doesn't like people touching it without permission, mumbling something under his breath and pulling it away. How he got the jacket is a sensitive subject for him, and he never gives a real answer, always changing the subject.
