He has three legs that MC describes as being indistinguishable between mechanical and insectoid, a permanent rigor mortis grin, and skin that seems to be hard and shiny like plastic. When he opens his mouth wide enough, a long camera lens comes out (which seems to be the only thing in his body not made of plastic) that he's able to take pictures with, so he's basically just a big tripod camera. Fun fact: The glass part of the lens looks broken, but that's only because it's a second set of teeth that opens to let food pass through his throat. Throat camera.
Twisted!Ortho: You ever seen HAL-9000? That but remove the eye and have a mechanical body with misplaced limbs dangling from some of the wires like a puppet. It's made to look human, but the eyes is too deep, just a bit sunken, with more detail than any eye should have. You have no idea where his voice is coming from. He has no mouth. His jittery, unpredictable movement is always accompanied by a muffled squelching sound, always just under the metal.
