It’s been a really, really long time since I’ve been back to pole!
When I used to update this blog I was two years younger, probably a stone lighter and way stronger than I used to be. I’m trying hard to get back in the saddle now with more private lessons, so hopefully I will be back and posting more!

I'M BACK BITCHES
Hannah doesn't look like she trusts me, but I'm ready to catch her.
Ok, ok, I'm addicted to the Stargazer. I admit it.
I like this move a LOT. This is an attempt at extending it, and I think it looks quite nice. I needed a bit of help reaching back enough, but I'd like to keep pushing at it so I can do it easily. I'd love to be able to do it over-arm, too.
Again, the bottom leg needs working on now, but it seems to curl up the more my back bends over. Gotta work on that.
Again, a couple of weeks old. My old nemesis, the Elbow Hang. The second picture is appalling but whatever.
This move looks SO nice when done properly but I just can't seem to get the grip comfortably. I know it's never going to be COMFORTABLE but it honestly felt like my shoulder was about to dislocate after I'd held the pose for a while.
This is a couple of weeks old but I forgot to upload them all, whoops. Stargazer again, aka my new favourite move. Looks SO much better now that bottom leg is straight!
