Hello I saw your question in the gardening tag about putting mint and chive in the same pot. I just want to say that mint should probably go in its own pot because it's a pretty aggressive plant and will take over a pot quickly and choke out whatever it planted with.
oof thank you for the advice that’s what im worried is gonna happen. most likely i’ll end up repotting the chives somewhere else

The first real 8-hr day of my new job at this pet store, we had a vaccine clinic going on and people would bring their pets in to get shots. I’ve been nervous about this job because it’s not just being a cashier/stocker- there’s a lot they want you to do and know (it’s a specialty/niche small business, not at all like a petsmart or petco) and some aspects/employees are very intimidating. So as people came in either for the clinic or to buy something, I was doing my best to help them/greet them, and apparently the vet and volunteers of the clinic were complimenting me to the other staff, saying that I was working hard and always moving and doing well. One of them came up to me later and touched my arm and said “I like you!” And it was just very kind and a reassurance I really needed that first day.
apple cider: a favorite comfort drink (alcoholic or non, either way)
My favorite comfort drink is a good hot chocolate, and so far Panera has the best. But the most comforting drink is probably a cup of tea. My mom drinks a TON of tea, and would make it for me when we still lived together. It became something I associate with ‘comfort’- I would make it when I was really upset or had insomnia (usually those go together.) It’s something I associate with her, a way to stay connected.
