My new favorite pose. Lasso. I like to throw it in during uttkatasana twist, which sometimes gets stale for me. This pose engages the legs, opens knees and hips, while I use the bind to open my heart further. ■■■ Start your uttkatasana with feet hips width distance. When called to drop your elbow to the legs, drop your shoulder all the way down between your thighs. Reach up and around to twist an find the other hand. Inhale lenghten. Squeeze the knees together and use the arms to twist. Look up.
