Sometimes I forget how impressive his English pronunciation can be. This was one of those times. I freaked. I thought my mom woke up or something 😭

1/30/2019 Ito Kashitaro Twitcast
When Kashitaro traveled alone at night, he stayed in a certain hotel with shared room with about 7-8 people. Before he goes to sleep, he wanted to go to a konbini, so he stuffed all his stuff in his locker; a bag containing all his belonging and laptop, and a wallet resided outside of the bag. He locked it and goes to the konbini, bought what he want, goes back to the hotel and went straight to sleep. When he woke up the next morning, he checked his locker and surprised to see all of his belongings are there, except the bag. Only the bag is missing. He treated it as something unique and rarely happened so he just went with it. wwwwwwww

4 hour live stream on TwitCasting
Oh wow, that was A LOT of fun. As always, I completely failed at writing any good comments. I just suck at that sort of event. T_T
Unfortunately it wasn’t a video stream but still, it was so nice to hear Hikaru’s voice again. It’s been a while. She was so cute and carefree and she replied to a lot of questions. It was mostly casual stuff, nothing noteworthy really. As expected there were a ton of comments related to Kalafina and many questions regarding Wakana and Keiko but Hikaru didn’t answer any of them which is probably for the best. Towards the end she got quite emotional, it was so sweet. She really went out of her way to make this a special experience for all of us. I wish I didn’t have my family over right now, I wasn’t able to focus on the stream for its entire runtime. *cries*
Hikaru had initially planned to do a 30 minute broadcast but she ended up streaming for FOUR hours (which happens to be the limit on TwitCast). Can you believe it?? People kept asking her if she was tired and she always replied that she was doing absolutely fine. I think she was really happy to interact with us. I feel like she would have gone on until the early morning if it hadn’t been for that time limit. XD
Btw, if anyone was wondering about all the background noise. She was at a karaoke place. I really hope she will get home safely now. I guess the karaoke place is close to her home. [YAY, she DID get home safely]
As of right now, the video isn’t appearing in her live history. I had hoped she would save and archive the recording on the page but I guess she opted against that. Or maybe it takes some time to do that and the recording will appear later...? I really hope so!
PS: You can listen to the live stream on VK!
Hikaru’s Twitcast event will take place tonight at 0 a.m.
Hikaru will be live streaming for 30 minutes tonight from 12:00-12:30 (Japanese Standard Time)
Yay, so excited!!!

前回提案があったツイキャス…?しようかな? 今日の夜中の夜更かしイベントにするか…明日の夕方くらいにするか… 決まったらお知らせします♪
In her follow-up tweet she talks about doing a so called Twitcast, something that had been suggested to her before. For those of you who don’t know what that is, here’s a short round-up =>
TwitCasting is essentially a live streaming app and Twitter client rolled into one. TwitCasting Live splits the iPhone screen in half, allowing you to view your Twitter timeline, update your status, access the web etc. on the bottom half, while recording (broadcasting) video on the top.
When the recording begins, you can automatically tweet out a specific URL for the broadcast (“I’m live on Twitcasting!”) to your followers who just need to hit the link to watch the live stream on the web or even on their iPhones (iPhone users won’t hear sound though). The app comes in especially handy during events, for example. After the broadcast, you can choose to save and archive the recording on the TwitCasting website.
It seems to be VERY popular in Japan because the majority of the videos on the website is Japanese. Personally I have never heard of it before but I would LOVE Hikaru to do something like that. It seems to be quite straight-forward. There is nothing we as viewers need to do. We just have to click her link and we will be forwarded to the TwitCasting site to watch her video.
Hikaru isn’t sure yet whether she should hold her event today late at night or tomorrow in the evening. I REALLY hope she will do it tonight because then I wil actually be able to watch it. She will let us know her decision soon. Let’s wait patiently. If she ends up doing it at a bad time, I hope someone manages to record it. Or maybe Hikaru is kind enough to save and archive it on the website. I really hope she does!
