Twitter Customer Complaints

I'm doing a presentation on Twitter for college and for a part of it I want to talk about how it's better to put customer complaints on Twitter since it's public and you get answered quicker

I have the guy who paid to have his tweet promoted about British Airways but I'd like one that isn't promoted

Maybe one where the customer even got free stuff or something

Just something showing they were on it straight away
