Hey, I was just wondering about TOTLL. Is it gonna get updated soon? (Like a flame war between the crews of the LL and the PT)

Hi! Nah, I told myself I’d only update if I thought of something genuinely funny, and it’s been so long and canon has changed so much, that it’s kinda just... eh. I think the ones I did were good for their time but I haven’t given it much thought since last year. Thanks for your interest, though :3

I am planning on redoing one of the pics from the Beast Wars Theme Night one, sometime, to show how I’ve improved (like one of those Draw Again type things).

TotLL: still going! but slowly

Hello all! Just wanted to let you know I’m still working on Twitter on the Lost Light but things are going suuuper slowly right now. I spent my free time last week drawing Brainstorm using a fetalbabyspark as part of a science demonstration and this week my free time is cut short by familial obligations.

But! The next comic will, indeed, be the sequel to Beast Wars Theme Night! There will be 3 (possibly 4) pics in it and each one takes me a while, so hopefully by next weekend (june 13)? D: I’m working on the first pic now. Thought someone might wanna see how I draw; I love looking at other artists’ processes!

Sketch layer! Different thingies in different colors so I can keep them separate. There are inaccuracies in the characters but, um, we’ll call it artistic license?:

Ink layer! All on one layer. Usually I cheat and do different layers for ink buuuut I don’t think you’re supposed to do that(?) so I’m trying to be better about it:

Putting down the color flats (the reddish bg is so I make sure I don’t miss any spots for light colors):

Aaaaaannnd the first two layers of shadow! So many shadows to be done~
