...and instantly I reverted back to being that eight-year-old kid who before had only been able to see the Harlem Globetrotters when they made a television appearance on ABC’s Wide World of Sports...but they were real and in front of me at this very moment.

With a wide smile, eight-year-old me looked at present-day me and said, “This is cool!”

Indeed.
