I went a little crazy when I finally watched 1x10 of The Winchesters last night. I mean, not even about the end of it. I went crazy over a piece of set decoration.

I've been looking/seeing all the stuff about intentional set design, costumes, even colours. So I noticed these glasses firstly because they're green. Then I noticed them because they seemed familiar.

So, fun fact, I have a single glass from a 1970 Anchor Hocking set called Rainflower, in the colour Avocado green. I grew up with my grandparents having the full set, including the matching little sherbet bowls. (Yes only one glass has remained, I mourn)

Now, this is relevant, because in 4x18 of Supernatural, Chuck is seen drinking out of this same glass.

I have no idea if they're the same. The release times out. And like I said, I don't have the sherbet bowls but a quick search leads me to think that bottom row is them.

I also don't know if it means anything, if it is. I just need to get this out of my brain.

It was a bit of a bummer seeing the gut takes everywhere throughout the Saturday panels. I fully admit that I wasn't listening, just seeing reactions btw.

I always tend to first believe that no one is intending harm. So Jensen off-hand making a shitty joke, right after an affirming statement? - I take that as nerves, foot in mouth, or even just letting Dean take over the vessel (he would be written that way, you know it)

The ending of Misha's panel was super unfortunate. I truly believe that was a case of J2 just being told to go up - so maybe creation was at fault. I really hope that the interuptee can be reached and a cameo or something like was suggested.

From gifs from the J2 panel, it seems like Jensen tried to salvage an answer that Jared had no right to be answering? And honestly saying Cas's love was heavenly sounds super romantic to me. He's in a rough spot with trying to make everyone happy with a giant spot light on him (literally and metaphorically). I dunno, maybe it's also that I went in with no expectations.

Hmmm

I finally watched season 10 for the first time. Has the fact that Cas /can/ be beat bloody by Dean at the end of The Prisoner ever been brought up? I'm sure it has - I'm years late to the party.

Anyway just thinking about it in terms of that post about how really, Castiel shouldn't be moveable, he lets Dean push his shoulder or move him around.

Would MoC!Dean in all his souped up ways overpower a recently re-juiced angel? Or did Cas let himself get beaten?

Also going insane over the comment that Cas made about him being alive to see Dean lose himself. "Everyone you know, everyone you love... Except me."

Extremely niche AU I desire now - Dead Last.

It was a 2001 supernatural mystery/comedy show, only 8 episodes were broadcast in the US (out of 13), not sure how many Canada got.

Anyway it's about a band on a tour bus that find an amulet that makes them able to see ghosts, and they spend their tour downtime helping ghosts out.

Anyway, you know Dean wanted to be a rockstar, let's combine that with the life, y'know?
