Decided to just start posting songs I like every now and then :)

This one makes me feel unapologetic about being a man. It feels freeing. I've been thinking a lot lately about wanting to have a kinda "shitty" life. It's hard to live up to expectations, even if I'm capable of doing so. I could push myself to and past my limits to get to "the good life". But maybe I want to smoke a little too much. And maybe it's okay to only give 70% of myself to the world and keep the other 30% for myself.

It's like dirt under your nails and boyhood. It's about having mutually bad coping mechanisms and making mistakes, knowing you're making them, and doing it anyway. It's about finding humanity in the dirt between cracks in pavement.

｢Two Gallants｣ is a humanoid stand that has two distinct appearances. While both resemble knights, one form can be described as covered in life and foliage, moss and flowers are growing from its shell like armor. The other form, however, is the exact opposite. It is dark colored, cracked and covered in rust. If the first form could be described as in ｢Bloom｣, then this form is filled with ｢Blight｣.

This stand is unique in that it has two stand abilities, with only one being accessible at a time. The abilities are known as ｢The Bloom｣ & ｢The Blight｣.

｢The Bloom｣: This ability allows the user to embue objects and living things with a special energy that enhances their qualities or functions, or heals/repairs them. This ability shows the kindness in its user's heart.

｢The Blight｣: On the opposite end of the spectrum is this ability. Whereas the first ability is for enhancing, this ability is for harming. Anything harmed by this stand will become weaker and weaker. In inanimate/non-organic things, this means they slowly begin to break, or their functions slowly stop working. In living/organic things, they will feel weaker and more feebled. even slowing down their metabolism and immune system. This ability shows the malice in its user's heart, perhaps being the flip side of the same coin.

Writing, as you heretics are growing to know well, but I thought i might share a line of mine I’ve grow rather found of, in the three minutes since I wrote it,

‘This balance is a parasite of maintanence, but familiar devils are predictable ones; chess has never been my game, but at least I know which one we’re playing.’

So yeah, mark that on the list of things I didn’t expect to write an hour from midnight while listening to a song I’ve become unreasonable attached to. Speaking of which,

let the crows speak to you, dear heretics, and they’ll tell you of oceans, of mountains, of skies.

give them a coin, a crumb, the tab of a can, they’ll show of death in the span of your lives.

send them away with a shout, a swear or a cry, they’ll flap away with blood on their beaks, the blood of your tears, the cost of your eyes.
