A Small Ceremony

Alucard stood in a one of the large decorated rooms in the manor. He and Samael had altered it slightly with a few tapestries and red and black drapes. He adjusted his tie and cleared his throat.

"Nervous, sir?" Samael asked as he finished setting a small alter with the needed items neatly placed.

"A bit, how do I look? A bit much?" He asked gesturing his hands to look at his suit.

"Sir, it looks fine. Don't worry, shall I see if Seras and Revy are prepared?" Sameal asked, which was replied by Alucard nodding. Samael left, and Alucard stayed in the room waiting for Samaels return.

Alucard's Phone call.

((Way late, but still))

Alucard paced around the warehouse he usually, temporarily resided in with a cellphone open in his hand. He knew this call had to be made, he was just trying to keep a straight face as he thought of how his master would react. Finally reaching a calmer state he pushed the speed dial and lifted the phone to his ear. Three rings sounded then he heard the phone answer.

"Hello Alucard," Integra's voice sounded on the line. "It's been a long time since your last report. Do you have an explanation for the long silence?"

"Yes, however that's not why I am calling you at this point in time."

"You need to check in with us still. I know you and Revy have a thing going on, but-"

"That's actually why I am calling." Alucard interrupted. "It's about Revy."

Integra was silent for a moment or two. "Has something happened to her?"

"In a way," Alucard responded. "Not sure how to really explain how but...she's pregnant and I'd like to take her to the Hellsing estate so she receives proper care."

It sounded like the phone was dropped on the ground on Integra's side of the line as silence followed. However this was a longer silence than was comfortable.

A sudden fumbling noise on the line was heard. "She's what?!" Integra's voice rang out. "Alucard how did this happen? Nevermind, I don't want to know details of how. Do you know what this means? Right, you have to get her here as soon as possible. Whatever the child may be, she needs proper care. There's so much I want to say to you, but withholding that for now, due to more pressing matters. You will be contacted for pick up." The line clicked and fell silent.

Alucard barely was able to get a word in edgewise, mostly due to him trying not to crack a laugh to how she reacted. Still at least they would recieve the help and care Revy needed. He nodded and placed the phone back into his pocket.

“Finally back,” Alucard groaned as he departed a ship at the docks. He was returning from a mission he felt took far too long to actually complete. That pesky stipulation to leave the target alive made it a challenge, yes but at the same time, it was annoying as all hell. Had it not been for that, he would have been able to return sooner. Soon he was back to where he was staying in Roanapur, and wondered if perhaps Revy was doing better.

“Knock knock,” he announced, using the door this time, due to him possibly getting shot if he fazed through the wall.
