Righteousness means the ability to stand in the presence of the Father (God) without the sense of guilt or inferiority 📌 The average Christian has been kept under condemnation, perhaps because the church have not caught fully what we are in Christ, nor who we are in Christ or because the Church have not taught that all that Christ did for us is available to us NOW. We do not have to wait until we get to Heaven to enter into what Christ did for us... it is ours to enter into and enjoy NOW! God Himself is our very Righteousness... we are the Righteousness of God in Him. We are partakers of the Divine Nature the moment we accept Christ and come into the Family of God. This very Righteousness comes to us by taking Jesus Christ as Saviour and confessing His Lordship over our lives. It is the nature of the Father imparted to us. Righteousness comes to us in the New Creation and as a result: 📍 Our standing is restored; 📍 Our fellowship is restored; 📍 Faith is restored; 📍 Peace is restored; 📍 Freedom is restored. Mind you, the greatest freedom is not political freedom, freedom from financial worry or physical discomfort, but it is freedom from sin consciousness; 📍 Sonship is given. Until man is righteous and knows it, Satan reigns over him, sin and diseases are his masters💯 The way God makes us righteous is through FAITH! It is not gained by works, by repentance, by resolution, by crying or by weeping ; neither is it gained by begging. The very theme of the Book of Romans is the showing of God's ability to set a man right with Him, to declare him righteous, and to make him righteous, so that he can stand in the Father's presence without the sense of guilt. There's nothing like GROWTH IN RIGHTEOUSNESS! Therefore, no one has a better righteousness, or better saviour, or better eternal life, or better standing with the father, or better right to use the name of Jesus, than we have. We are what He says we are. We are in the Beloved. We confess that He is our Righteousness.
