Finally got a chance to cook something from the stunning @rachelaliceroddy cookbook Two Kitchens. I have had the book for months and this is only the second time I have had a chance to use it. Another excellent recipe from a lady I admire a lot. I used the recipe in the book and did not add lemon, it was just smashing as Rachel would say. Next time I will have to follow the @guardian_cook version with lemon I am sure it will be equally if not even more smashing! Wednesday morning happiness, thanks to the Australia Post man who delivered this gem of a book today! When I first read the reviews I thought they may have been a little exaggerated, how could this book be better than @rachelaliceroddy first book? Well it is!
