Strawberry 'Feuilles A Feuilles' Caramelised filo pastry, Yoghurt and Java pepper sorbet, Confit rhubarb; part of the sgd88 four course lunch from the two Michelin star Odette, Singapore. Glad to have visited just before my flight back to Perth. They only had a table for one left when I made the booking one month in advance - and it was the best table where I could see the chefs in action right in front of me.
