SJ Family Shops :)

Before the information slips thru my head, I would like to share the different shops/stores/cafes I've visited during my trip to Seoul last January. These shops are owned by our favorite Super Junior families. ^_^

** KONA BEANS ** (Leeteuk, Sungmin, Kyuhyun)

Since I'm Sungmin-biased, this was the first shop I visited. I first went there thru Apgujeong Station Line 3 - Exit 2, rode Bus #143, and got off at the bus stop across The Galleria Mall. Walk such that you're going against the flow of the traffic and find Paris Croissant store. Turn left there and walk straight til you see GS25 store. Then turn right, walk straight until you see another GS25 store. Before you reach the second GS25 store, you should be able to see Kona Beans on your left. The sign is big so you will not have a hard time seeing it. :D

If you do not want to take the bus from Exit 2, you can walk but it's kinda long.

Alternatively, there is another subway station you can take going to Kona Beans. I just found out last Monday that the Bundang Line has an extension already and has the new Apgujeongrodeo Station. This was the route I took when I went there during my 2nd and 3rd visits. If you want to go to Kona Beans via Apgujeongrodeo Station, take Exit 6 and you will see The Galleria Mall on your right. Then you can follow the steps above starting from the Paris Croissant landmark.

I don't know if I'm just biased but I really love Kona Beans. ^_^ I can go here everyday if given the chance because of its good ambiance and homey feel. 

** MOUSE RABBIT COFFEE** (Yesung)

Get off at Konkuk University Station Line 2 - Exit 2, just walk straight at the street connected to Exit 2 (you should not cross any streets) and make a left turn once you see a Samsung Mobile shop. Just a few more steps and you will arrive at Mouse Rabbit Coffee.

Mouse Rabbit has a very unique setup because you need to enter thru the 2nd floor, there are seats in the 3rd floor as well but I was surprised that there are also seats in the 1st floor (or basement). When you're going to dine in the basement, you need to take off your shoes and be in an Indian seat. I wasn't able to take a picture but I think it's nice. :)

** TOUS LES JOURS ** (Eunhyuk)

This was what I did when I went to TLJ though I would not recommend it because of the suuuper loooong walk:

Get off at Guro Digital Complex Station Line 2 - Exit 3. Walk straight and turn left once you pass by Apartment 102. Then walk straight again until forever? lol Actually I thought I was already lost that time because I was already walking too long but then I saw a girl infront of me with a Donghae pin on her backpack so I thought I was still on the right track. haha Then another girl dropped her umbrella, I think she's also on her way to TLJ but she didn't notice that her umbrella dropped so I picked it up, ran and called her to give the umbrella. I also took the chance to ask "Is this the way to Tous Les Jours?" She nodded and said "Ne :)", so I was relieved I'm not lost. Just continue walking until you see TLJ on your left.

The alternate way which I didn't try is to get off at Guro Digital Complex Station take Exit 6 and ride Bus #5536. Get off at Man Min Jungang Church which is 3 bus stops after you rode the bus. Maybe this will save you from all the walking if you take Exit 3.

There were only a few tables to dine in here maybe because it's a bakery, but I love their Hot Chocolate! :)

For the following shops, I am not sure which exits in Myeongdong/Euljiro il-ga Stations you have to take because I only got there by walking since the hostel I stayed in was just walking distance to Myeongdong.

** TWOSOME COFFEE ** (Siwon)

If you enter thru the CGV (noon square near Zara) Entrance in Myeongdong, just walk straight until you pass by Myeongdong Theater on your left. Just keep walking straight and you should be able to see Twosome Coffee located at the 2nd Flr of the Olive Young Plaza Building.

** WHYSTYLE ** (Yesung)

You should not enter the CGV (noon square near Zara) entrance in Myeongdong but walk straight and WhyStyle is located across Lotte Young Plaza Mall.

** KSTORY ** (Heechul)

I can't remember the exact location but I was able to go here by following my usual Myeongdong-route. Enter thru the CGV (noon square near Zara) entrance of Myeongdong, right turn at Teenie Weenie, walk straight and take a right turn once you see the big Nature Republic Shop beside Bean Pole. If you look straight, you will see the SPAO signboard and I think KStory is just near SPAO. The SPAO shop is on your left, while KStory is on your right.
