Two Tube, Remind me why I pay a Licence Fee?

Home and Away is back. Hurrah. My ovaries can't contain their excitement at the thought of all those gorgeous, tanned, Australian hunks. GORGE.com And the storylines, weather, clothes, hair, sea, tans OMG in HEAVEN  What I don't enjoy being back is that God Forsaken Two Tube. I hate it. I just hate it. It's so pointless. We have digital TV, we know the Simpsons are on next, why pay too idiots to tell us this. They report on week old news and attempt to be hip and cool, while just looking cringey as fuck. I actually like Stephen Byrne, his Youtube channel is brilliant, funny and clever. He was great on the Voice and I really like his celeb interviews. But why is he on this trash? Please Stephen, you're better than this. I envisage him in a future chat show situation, like a new Graham Norton. I'd watch that. But reading out pointless tweets from 12 year old girls and saying things like "totes" when ALL I want is the Riverboys is a waste of both his time and mine. His co-host is worse. Who decided she could be a presenter. What regional radio station did she crawl out of and more importantly, who is she related to at RTE? She seems like a lovely girl, don't get me wrong. But she's hardly the next Holly Willoughby or Lauren Laverne is she? She speaks 100 miles a minute, I'm a native English speaker and I struggle to understand her. She's giddy and childish and if I met her on a night out in that mood I'd assume she was on uppers of some sort.  I balance the remote between RTE 2 and TV3 making sure I flick back and forth so I don't miss any of The Simpsons or H&A, but see none of Two Tube. Surely they haven't a big viewship?and we survived perfectly this summer without it. Why bring it back? The 3 minute celeb interviews, the site of the week (or whatever interweb rubbish they're reviewing) and the fast talking. OMG why do they speak so fast? Seems so pointless.  Is this some form torture before I receive my Summer Bay reward? Like eat your veg before you get your ice-cream? because it DEFINITELY feels like I'm being punished. Two Tube, could you blame me for not wanting to pay the licence fee?
