Hey everyone! We hope you had a great last couple of weeks and entered the new year on a positive note. Myself and Seb have been super busy, but we haven’t forgotten what’s going on (no derps here)

Our last day for writer and artist sign ups is on the 5th! We will also be reaching out to everyone who has signed up to re-confirming interest over the next couple of days so we can make sure everyone is set and ready! 

We have 10 artists and 7 writers, so we’re asking for a handful of more writers if possible. Otherwise, the opportunity to collab will be available if writers would like, or other opportunities as well. This isn’t my first reverse BB rodeo.

Once sign ups are done, we’ll also be sending out the Discord link and getting to know each other a lil more. We’re so excited!

And with fingers pressed into the keys, it came spilling out, coming up and out from that deep, dark abyss inside of him and into the store. It was the opposite side to every fear and struggle Sung had had since waking up in the carved out cavity of that sentinel of his, silver lined and effervescent. Like a single star up in the sky, or a flower’s petals against his heart.

It was a song for someone waiting, made to fill distance and space-time.

Was there even a Sung in this universe? What about a Phobos or a Havve or Meouch? This was just one planet, but out there there could be anything. Or there could be nothing, something in him insists darkly. A dead universe with nothing but dying stars sighing out of existence, stagnant worlds in which nothing would ever walk or think or exist ever again.

“Anywhere. Literally anywhere but here, just make it happen!” Everyone’s yelling around and he’s closing his eye, shuddering softly, desperately…

AYE IT’S CHAPTER TWO TIME BAYBEH. There’s shout outs in the chapter but thanks to @chaoticmindelectric first and foremost for letting me use your lovely lovely boys through this entire thing and also to @checkitandbalance for giving me the opportunity to feature her Phobos too. Last chapter had a small shout out to @agentduckorico‘s Phobos and @celestial-cola‘s Sung. They’re all sweet and lovely and I’m so grateful for all of you guys wtf

Hey guys! We’re halfway through the sign up period and we’re just both so astounded in the amount of interest that we’ve managed to drum up so far (haha Havve Hogan joke haha dumb)

“You’ve been thinking about it, haven’t you?” Boredom says, drawing Phobos’s attention and causing Sung to go stiff.

“Universal constants.” They say in unison and it’s eerily like the moment in the house from hours ago when the empath had smiled at their Sung and they had cheered the word in perfect time with one another.

“Things that simply are across space time. Requirements, let’s call them. Mathematical equations, physical quantities, anthropopathic principles. You know, the usual.” Boredom hums. “But it’s not just math and numbers and all things intangible, is it Doctor Sung?”

“Gods, it’s not about being fair, Boredom, it’s about…” He hesitates and that’s enough to get the other up in his face.

“What’s it about, Doctor Sung?” He says in a deathly low voice, lip curling with an undeniable fury.

“It’s just how it is.” Damn the Fates, hang the gods, curse the stars… whatever it may be, it simply was .

“What makes a universal constant, Doctor Sung? Why do they have to die every single time?” Boredom breathes out, leaning in. “Why is this the destiny the stars wrote for us? Why can’t we save them? Why can’t I-”

There had been something on his face in that moment. Maybe it was regret. Maybe it was revelation. It doesn’t matter because it’s lost to Boredom’s mania with moments, the other’s facial expression smoothing itself into disconnect. “It doesn’t matter.”

wow i forgot to publish this today. It was an 8 hour drive to Toronto and a bunch of crying over TTT, but we’re here now.
