Black tinted fingers tapped loudly through the small room. Yuu laid their keyboard on their lap as they stared ahead. Whilst tapping away a metal hand waved in front of them, gaining their attention.

"Ahh so you're still awake" Ortho's giggle ran out through the room "My information data tells me that your sugar limit is low and you are in need of supplements." Yuu blinked and turned their gaze to Ortho, blinking again, making sure he was in front of them. A few moments pass before Yuu remembers to answer.

"Ah," Their voice a little scratchy, "I'm ok Ortho, thanks" A snicker from Idia earned him a side eye glance.

Idia had been 'kind' enough to let them watch him game, as they were working on an assignment. Now normally, Yuu wouldn't seek out Idia due too their slightly different personalities, but Ortho was all excited that someone, excluding himself, was spending quality time with his older brother. Sure, they knew of the Housewarden and have talked a few times but it was mainly Ortho they stuck too. Idia had offered for Yuu too write their work digitally as to not lose any papers in his untidy room. They had agreed after taking one look in his room. They swore they also saw his hair turning pink, with him muttering something about how embarrassing this whole thing was. The embarrassing thing? Yuu had no clue.

"Whehee, you look like you're going to fall asleep sitting up, like one of those study nerds in the library of animes" Yuu snorted and looked at Idia, who sheepishly looked away after realising he was heard.

"I'm pretty sure Riddle is way worse then me but sure"

Idia snickered at that, no doubt wanting to trash talk the red-head while he wasn't there.

Ortho looked between the two and smiled, hovering over to Yuu's other side, looking at the screen showing their assignment.

"Oh, History of Magic number 18- The Development of Mages, yes that has a lot of information." Yuu blinked at Ortho and smiled, scratching their chin; said book was placed in front of them, wide open.

"Yeah, Professor Trein suggested that I write down the important things on paper so I don't forget," Ortho's quiet 'mhm?' made them continue explaining, "History of Magic books from 1 to 23 are supposed to be 'beginner' books." Making little air quotes for 'beginner'. "Technically you're supposed to learn this during middle school, but I obviously didn't, then Idia" now they pointed to the older boy, who was playing his game, headphones in seemingly tuning the two out. "suggested I type it down then print it out. Makes it easier I guess"

"That's a wonderful idea, no wonder big brother thought of that, he has sometimes good ideas" A quick 'huh?!' from the man himself got Yuu and Ortho quietly giggling.

"Yeah, still sucks, I really like history but geez," Yuu rolled up their mouse, showing at least multiple pages of long paragraphs and a few dotted notes, "this is taking forever"

"If it could help," Ortho started "I could print the whole book overnight and you can have the pages by the morning, which books are you going through right now?"

Yuu stopped scrolling and went to their phone, they had screenshotted the list Trein wrote for them.

"Huh I'm writting 'bout book 18 now but I need to get information about 19, 22 and 23 done this week" They nodded to themselves as they closed their phone, stretching their arms backwards. "But like even if you did print them I still need to go through it all to find the information needed, or at least the important stuff"

"J'st highlight the important stuff" Idia had lifted his headphones off one ear, still playing the game. Yuu guesses it's a simulation game, as he had apparently been paying attention to the converstation. "Different highlighters to know what's important, or whatever" He trailed off as he noticed the two staring at him, he pulled his headphones back on his ears, which were a little pink.

"That's an amazing idea big brother"

Floyd: Oh, I thought that meant "boink your waiter."

Peppermint: So then I watched Sis chase him around the Lounge until Azul came out to break it up.

Jade: I can't go outside like this. I need to be put together.

Yatori: You are put together; you're not in pieces!

Jade: Sometimes I can't stand you two. *(but he's smiling in a non-malicious manner)*

Peppermint: Then sit!

Yatori: Then sit and swim.
