noticed the camera on the table, favorite thing to shoot? got any tips for beginners?
cats are usually my favorite muses (catspotting ftw), but i'd say landscapes and nature end up being my most frequent captures (esp since i take a lot of pics on site visits)
in terms of advice-- i feel like im still a beginner photographer, but this ask made me realise it's been 7 years since i got myself my first dslr (!!) so ig i can share some sort of insights:
The rule of thirds is a good way to start thinking about and practising photo composition. Learn the rules so you can break em sort of thing.
Get comfortable with editing, especially for adjusting lighting when you cant control for it. I use and would recommend DarkTable (open source version of adobe lightroom)
If you can, try using an analogue film camera. I didnt start using film (besides point-n-shoots) til about 3 years back, but I A) loved it, and B) learned so much about how cameras actually worked from it-- which helped me to better understand my dslr's manual settings :)
Take self-portraits! Besides helping to practise portrait photography, it's nice being able to see nice pictures of your younger self.
are you attracted to fems?
i am attracted to some fems, yes. but my preferences overall lean more towards butches.
i think im attracted to a certain vibe, and ive just found that it's usually butches who tend to have that vibe? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hi, I was wondering if you would share your work out routine? I'm new to weightlifting and not sure where to start and I want buff arms 💌💌 💌 thank you:))
Hey! I dont actually have one yet 😅 I used to get my weekly workout plan from the coach of our weightlifting team, but those were always olympic weightlifting style (so snatches and clean+jerks) and not the best for building up muscle.
I would check out @gardengnosticator bc theyre insanely jacked and knowledgeable about building their body (also vvv hot which is another bonus).
Im gonna see what my new gym is like tomorrow and start figuring out a workout plan. I'll update at some point when i do have a routine tho 🫡
Hello, what animals give you gender envy? Please include pictures in your answer, thank you.
Great question. I'm gonna go with panthers and coyotes.
(Panther by National Geographic)
Panthers because Look at them. Sleek, solid muscle, agile, powerful...
(Coyote by Steve Perry)
I have a soft spot for coyotes since I grew up in the desert. A lot of people see them as "pests" (rude) but I love these feral, scrappy lil canines. They're also solid muscle but more compact. And look at that face!!
But yeah, those are two beautiful butch4butch lesbians right there. And the panther is on T.
very excited to hear about you pursuing T, your body is your temple and i hope it brings you nothing but joy and euphoria!!
ahhh thank you!! im so excited to explore my new body 😋
good luck with T! i went on it for a time as part of my own gender/presentation journey and i’ve really liked what it’s done for me. i hope it brings you the same joy.
thank you! i will definitely update, but yeah, really looking forward to it :')
