Teen Wolf Week: Challenge Two (Minor Characters)

I May Not Know Much. [A fic based on Victoria Argent acting as a mentor to Erica]  (disclaimer: based on a conversation between the two of them if Victoria had been turned and Erica saw an unlikely mother figure in her. with a very tiny hint at erisaac.)

"You know, I was young once, I do understand how young girls think." Victoria Argent said as she laughed lightly at the memory. It seemed so long ago that she actually had been a teenager. Things were so frivolous back then, there wasn't a care in the world. There was prom and getting into a good school, but nothing that she couldn't handle. Things had been good then and Victoria had almost lost sight of that.

Victoria placed her hands in her lap and nodded, she expected this. Actually, she expected much worse than this. Being a woman that didn't believe in redemption and second chances, she was more than shocked at the fact that these kids did. The same people that she wanted to exterminate and harm had let her into their family. Granted, there was still a lack of trust and quiet whispers among themselves, but they had let her be among them. That had to stand for something.

"Erica, I know that we barely have anything in common and I know I wronged your pack in the past-" "You're part of the pack now too, so it's your pack as well." Erica said, cutting her off. Victoria nodded and continued. "I know I wronged... our pack in the past, but I'm sorry. And those aren't words I use lightly..." Victoria was doing her best to reach out and maybe, just maybe have a second chance. A chance to give someone what she should have given her daughter; give someone what she should have been given as a teenage girl. 

Erica lifted her eyes and quickly looked away. She didn't know what this woman was playing at or why she wasn't trying to talk to Isaac or Boyd. They had obviously liked the idea of her being in the pack more than she did. Derek had made a point of telling Erica that her grudges would be her downfall one day, but she had waved him off. Somethings weren't easy to forgive. Some people didn't deserve forgiveness ...Right?

"Thanks, but you don't need to tell me that." Erica fidgeted with the zipper on her leather jacket and stood from where she had been sitting. "I need to...go." Stuffing her hands into the pockets of her jacket, she began to walk out the door.

"I might not know much, but I know true love when I see it. Just like I see the way you look at Isaac." Erica stopped in her tracks and flipped her hair over her shoulder. Maybe Mama Psycho knew more than she gave her credit for, but Erica wasn't about to admit that. Not yet at least.
