“WE LOVE COLORS”

Spanish artists Txemy and Iker Muro are both in love with color, but their approach couldn't be more different—often a formula for amazing collaborations. Trained in graphic design Muro's bold vibrant murals are always an exercise in balancing design and art. Formed from a collection of seemingly meaningless lines, Txemy's work comes together in a way that conveys excitement. Painted a little over 4 years ago and now a casualty of fast-paced development in Wynwood, this collaboration on NW 27th St was done in partnership with clothing brand @WeLoveColors and for the next couple of years stood as a symbol of the colorful, chaotic energy of the Miami neighborhood—some of which has also sadly become a casualty of developers. @txemy @mur0ne
