@txmmyoliver *A little bit drabble-ee*
It was bizarre to be on earth. He hadn’t been on this planet in such a long time, filling his lungs with fresh air. He was practically giddy. He had traveled to Aquitar to seek a cure from the eternal falls but it was still unclear whether it would be safe for him to return to earth or not. Whether he would rapidly start to age forward once more. He’d worked tirelessly on it, run test after test to assure he could return.
And this time it had worked.
Of course he wanted to track down all of the former Rangers. But there was one in particular he had to. He had always had.. let’s say a high school crush on Tommy. Some kind of feelings. He thought they would fade with time. But it just became a nagging ache that ate away at him.
And there was a catch, It wasn’t enough that it had been years since he had seen Tommy. There was a reason why they were called the Eternal Fals. He still looked 17, he looked exactly the same as the moment he’d left, that is before he’d rapidly started aging. It was a lot to explain to anyone.
All he had been able to find out was that Tommy was a teacher at Reefside high. So that’s where he was headed.
Running a hand through blonde hair he moved through the halls, feeling an odd familiarity to Angel Bay. He was on his way to search for a directory of some sort when a hand clasps on his shoulder causing the former ranger quite a lot of surprise.
“What are you doing out of class kid?”
“Me?” he asks his brows flaring upwards. “No, no there’s been a mistake. I’m looking for Tommy Oliver--”
“That’s Doctor Tommy Oliver.”
Billy looks impressed. “Doctor,” an undoubtedly proud smile pulls at his lips. “Really. Okay but listen I don’t go here I’m--”
And with that he’s ushering Billy down the hall by the elbow while the former wolf desperately tries to explain that he doesn’t go here. But he’s eventually led into a classroom, with Doctor Tommy Oliver scrawled across the board and his mouth runs dry.
He tries to find a desk as far back as possible and slumps down in his seat. stacking the books he finds there as a partition to hopefully block his face.
He wants to see Tommy, he needs to seem desperately. But seeing him in a crowded room of students is not the way. He pulls the jean jacket a bit tighter around him as if it can somehow conceal him, his style undoubtedly showing it’s age.
